We offer a complete management service of your cellar. This includes

1. You will receive annually a certificate detailing your stocks, the current value and advice on when the wine will be at its best.

2. An independent solicitor and accountant will have checked the stockholding from the independent cellarer and certified them against the issued stock certificate. The lawyer then issues the certificates.

3. One annual bill for management.

We operate in conjunction with an excellent cellaring service.

They will store the wine at optimum conditions, which will allow the best possible maturing conditions. This will, on final sale or consumption either produce the best price or the greatest drinking pleasure.

1. The cellarer will mark the cases of wine as your property.

2. The cellarer will open an account for the client.

3. The current preferential rates for clients, which for our clients are:

1-5 cases £8.64 per case per annum
5-50 cases £8.04 per case per annum
50+ cases £7.44 per case per annum

These rates include insurance at replacement value, not original value.
All rates are inclusive of Vat.

4. The cellarer has bonded facilities, so if the wine is purchased in bond it can remain so. No duty or VAT will be payable by either the client or the prospective purchaser. The only time these become payable is when the wine is cleared for delivery, out of the bonded facility.

You can of course take delivery of the wine and store it yourself. The wine and its condition then becomes your responsibility, this is a route that we would not normally recommend unless you have an exceptional storage facility.
